Shawn and Schenwen Ltd is an indigenous provider of Sustainability, Environment, Health and Safety consultancy services in Nigeria. We deliver integrated solutions to improve business performance and protect people, assets and the environment.

The scope of our services includes the identification of health and safety hazards and environmental aspects; risk assessments; environmental audits; OH&S audits, policy development; training; sustainable advisory and reporting; CSR management; Emergency management. Our motivation to make our society a more sustainable, safer and healthier one comes from previous environment, health and safety issues that have arisen in various sectors of our economy and beyond – from the manufacturing industry, construction industry to transport systems. Thus, we are willing to partner with public and private organizations in meeting regulatory and responsible demands of doing business.

We are duly certified by the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria. we are ISO certified auditors in health and safety and also environmental management systems. We are registered and accredited consultants to National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA), the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) and Lagos State Safety Commission (LSSC). We are accredited by Institute of occupational safety and Health (IOSH) UK and The Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals (BCRSP)

We are also consciously expanding our accreditations portfolio as well as services and support offered to our burgeoning range of clientele. Although our office is based in Lagos, we have a potential coverage across the nation, the West African sub-region and worldwide. Members of our multidisciplinary HSE team possess reckonable experiences and understanding of a wide range of sectors in the emerging markets of Africa and in the relatively developed climes like the UK and Canada.

TEMITAYO ERINLE

MANAGING PARTNER/PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

Temitayo is currently the managing partner of Shawn and Schenwen. He has been an Occupational Health, Safety and Environment professional for over 15 years, and has been involved in numerous Environmental Impact Assessment projects gaining adept experience working with governmental and private sector in Nigeria. He has also been a research assistant on eco-innovations in the UK.

He holds an MSc in Environment Health and Safety from the University of Sunderland, UK. A BSc in Biochemistry from the Lagos State University, and is currently a member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) UK.

ALABI OLUBUNMI

HEALTH AND SAFETY LEAD CONSULTANT

Alabi Olubunmi is the health and safety lead consultant and partner in charge of products. He has a BSc in Microbiology and MSc in environment, health and safety from a reputable university in the UK. He holds a PRINCE 2 project management practitioner certification UK, HACCP Certification UK and CIEH Food Safety certification UK.

He has achieved AIEMA status and is a GradIOSH. He is well versed in the food industry having served in various capacities in different organisations in Nigeria and the UK. He has worked as a research officer, assistant quality control manager, production assistant/HACCP co-ordinator and also HSE advisor in the food and beverage industry. His problem solving capabilities and keen eye for detail has made him a sought after professional in the food industry.
